Misc fixes & improvements

This update fixes many reported issues since the initial release such as:

• Fixed brakes not stopping the vehicle.
• Fixed configs not showing up.
• Fixed mesh issues on the hood.
• Gathered interior parts to one slot.
• All interior parts are now part of the frame, not the body.
• Fixed conflicting wheels/tires with Meo's dragster.
• Fixed roof flexing on launches.
• Improved carbon fiber material.
• Colored jBeam nodes for easy viewing.
• Added parachute.

Albeit a little bit late but better late than never: You more or less admitted that you are using a pirated copy of the game, therefor we will not be providing support. And besides that, virtually nobody is making mods for pirated copies and/or outdated game versions, so either acquire the game legitimately or you will be missing out on many more mods that are yet to come.
