HOW IT WORKS:
ENTERING:
Anyone is free to enter, we ask that all entries are serious and you are actually wanting to participate. If you entered and find you cannot make it to the event please let us or an admin know so we can open your slot to other participants. Anyone that registered before that did not attend will not be expected to show up unless they confirm the they are attending within 12 hours of race start time. If you do not confirm in the Baja75series discord race chat by that time, your time slot will be given to another racer.
JOINING:
All registered racers will receive a Direct Message via our forums (here) containing the event server connection information. DO NOT SHARE THIS WITH NON-PARTICIPANTS. The event server information will only be sent on the day of the event at any specified time. You can explore your messages by clicking your name at the top right of the page and clicking the mail icon.
Qualifying:
Racers will perform 2 laps on a specified section. Qualifying will be performed first come first server and ran with no more than 4 vehicles staggered on the track at a time. The fastest time of all 2 laps will be used to set your grid order.
RACING:
All racers will spawn their vehicles and be prepared to stage. We will call your name to the stage and announce when it is your time to go. During the race, you are permitted to reset per the rules. Once you complete your race we will announce the official winner within 72 hours of the event's ending.
SEASON & STANDINGS:
Each event (excluding trial events) will provide some perks based on your position. For a single race the 1st place winner will be displayed in this event. Other perks, awards etc may be at stake but are per-event selected.
Season rankings are updated post any non trial event. These will be identified by a race number tagged of the event and will not be included in trial or track day events. Season rankings can be found in our forums and you can learn more about it there.
All challenges to a race standing must be made within 48 hours of the race completed. This means 48 hours after the end of the race, a complaint must be submitted. This does not mean answered or recognized. It just has to be submitted. Challenges to a finishing result must have a written out statement on why to include any photos or videos of the situation. You may cite any streamers footage of that day if it exists, but you must provide publicly available links to it. There are no penalties for filing a challenge.
