the vehicle is great but the only wheel that works is the factory one, all other wheels are offset from the steering column, another thing that would be great is a wider variety of engines to choose
Due to the recent events that happened to Ken Block, I would like to see the Hoonicorn on this. (if it the same model he used) Or make a skin for it. Overall, Nice mod, Just gotta test.
love the idea behind the mod, however the steering is still not fixed. if you turn all the way to the right, it defaults back to the left instead of centered. the interior textures are still broken also. outside of the few things that need fixed, some turbo options, and different engine options would be nice
What i can give this mod is that the model and textures are high quality and have been ported over well to beam. the car looks pretty good
Thats sadly where the positive aspects end for me and the negatives start:
-The configs are broken (offset and other suspension values are screwed up)
-The jbeam is not that good
-The suspension is way softer than it shsould be and the car is too heavy
-The lack of more factory configs really makes it not that appealing to me (personal opinion)
-The straight cut gearboxes are ear deafening
-The lack of period correct parts (really only restomod builds are possible)
-Only one engine (the barstow i6 could have at least been ported over)
I LOVE this mod i've not had a super big look into parts but i've played around with it for probably an hour and it is just so good, also It would be cool to see some more engines like the revolution racecraft 572 chevy (yes I know its a ford but come on that would be awseome) i also agree with Grizzlyswelcome2 :)
It's alright, for being based on the barstow it's not terrible, but clearly the jbeam still needs some work. Also whoever did the configs screwed up the wheel offset. The customization and engines are good, so bonus points for that. Otherwise, it's mostly good for pictures. Hope to see it improved in the future.
Love the mod, and fantastic job to the creators.. only thing i find it needs is a little more chop to the engine as its an old car, i find the 67 cam engine would suite it a little more perfectly especially for the RTR with the engine setup how it has the intakes out the hood, i find it needs to have that more mean aggressive, and choppy sound otherwise love the mod, great job again and cant wait to see some future updates and other creations in the future
Only had this for about 10 minutes and I love it already, I love the selection of parts from trophy truck parts to gasser parts, It has a decent damage model but not the greatest, and preforms well. Heres what I suggest, On superchargers make an option to choose what blower/intake you want atop the supercharger, In my opinion the quad carbs are too low in this thing to make a realistic looking gasser or dragster, It would be cool to see some top fuel/big block blowers, teardrop blowers, quad carb stacks on the supercharger, double air cleaners/blower off the gavril glatiator (dodge cornet), regular stage 4 blower, ect. It would also be cool to see a custom sound. Please take these into consideration it would make the car so much better.
