Failed - Network Error Issue when downloading mods?

When I attempt to download some mods, I get the "Failed - Network Error" issue on my computer, I don't have any antivirus on neither am I using a vpn, does anybody know what could be causing this problem?

Not 100% sure. Seems like an internet connection issue. I just tested downloading a mod to my cell phone without a problem. Try rebooting your pc and your network.

Rebooted my network and seemed to have fixed it! Thanks so much!
