I'm having some trouble downloading vehicles to my beamng. I download and add to my desk top. I open file explorer add the vehicle download to beamng's mod folder. Then nothing happens... it does not show in my vehicles. ??? HELP?!

Open beamNG. Get the white text box. Click manage user file. Click open in explorer. Then you will see the mod folder in the proper place. Put the mods in the base of that mods folder and they will work in game.
