How are you getting there?theres multiple mod folders now that the game moved them in the last 2 updates. Make sure you have the right one by going to your in game repo and hit the open mod folder button

This update includes:
Working glow maps thanks to @Fordster,
Suspension Rework for more travel and tunable bump stops,
Extra wide fenders for the front to clear the wheels,
The body is now low poly, so its much more multiplayer friendly
The widebody is jbeamed. (normal fenders still need to be done)

So I installed the update, cleared cache, and went to go try it out....the wide fender for the Baja spec spawns under the ground.
