QHPD (Quahog Police) Skin for the Grand Marshal. Pretty simple design but it gets the job done. NOTE: THIS DOES NOT HAVE A CONFIG! IT IS CALLED "quahog" in the skin selector. Feel free to suggest ideas for paint jobs if you want.
