Looking For someone to build a custom model

I've been wanting to do this for a while now and finally have the budget for it. I'm looking for someone to make a custom (from scratch) model of a 1962 Buick Skylark. All details can be found on google but I can provide images and whatnot of what they may need and possibly sound clips.
