UPDATE v2.3 for new 0.24 update

- fixed broken Gauges cuz of the new update
- set rl vehicle weight
- fixed rear suspension
- added interior button lights
- improofed some other small things

@Iamthelaw105 I have a problem with the vehicles lights. When I turn on my hazard lights, there is more yellow glow from the left rear turn indicator than from the right one. Also, when the rear brake lights, reverse lights or signal lights shine on the ground, the right side casts light on the ground more behind the car than the left does.

yeah the light poles were rarely good positioned .. its hard to do this cuz its calculated thru very much factors in a triangle on the jbeams so i actually cant do anything against that and i think not that i will do anything else on the actual published mods .. i spend very too much time in them .. but still thanks for mentioning that
